We recently revised our rubric, which increased the rigor of the grading scale. Eustis Police Department was the first agency to be evaluated under the new rubric. Moving forward all other departments will be graded under the new rubric. Therefore, no comparison to the first three agencies can be made to any agency graded under the new rubric.

Grading Explanation: In order to ensure a fair grading system for our purposes, the following process was implemented. A scale ranging from 0% - 100% was developed by dividing 100% into five EQUAL sections. This ensures that every police agency has the same opportunity of earning an "A" as they do an "F".
